Based Erp Business Process Reengineering

Business Process Reengineering which went with the advent of the information age and happened in the enterprise management field is an inevitable revolution in order to change the traditional organization mode.Since 1990s' professor Michael Hammer of bring formward this concept, the management idea of BPR and the management technique of ERP combined closely. On the one hand, in order to adapt the execution and application of the management information system represented by the ERP software and improve enterprise management efficiency, the management academia putted forward BPR timely; this impelled the spread and application of ERP. On the other hand, BPR's core thought desire to ameliorate and optimize the company process sustainingly. This require ERP software must be flexible and customizing enough, and give the traditional ERP with the unitive and standard process a span-new question for research.In recent years, to implement ERP and BPR colligatedly is the hot topic allover domestic and overseas academia.For the requirement of BPR, and to improve flexible and customizing of ERP soft wares. Oracle as the delegate of the ERP software supplier introduces workflow technology used in the OA field into ERP system to satisfy the vary needs of different kinds corporations.The study about workflow is very amature, but it just is the beginning to research the application in ERP, and there are lots of questions need deep study.This task comes from the BPR project of Yunnei Power co. Ltd., the article founds on the conclusion about BPR theory, and divides the whole process of BPR into 7 sections, and gives the Sections-Activitis analysis framework. According to this framework, summarize the main works, the techniques and tools in different sections. And to introduce the theories and techniques about workflow management with Oracle Workflow system as the example, and its implements in Oracle ERP system.The article introduce the concept and history of ERP and BPR firstly, and the relationship of them. And the possibility to implement BRP based on ERP. And then, the chapter two divides the reengineering process of BPR based on ERP into seven sections according to the S-A framework, explains them in detail.And then this paper used the Purchasing-Payable process of Yunnei Power co.Ltd. as the example, redesign the exsiting PO-AP process radically, Eliminates, Integrates, simplys some procedures of this process, and draws some flowcharts of level 0, level 1 and level 2 according to the Integrated DEFinition method, and expatiates the refered optimizing works, position works and the realization scheme in this project in detail, and also discusses the application of Oracle workflow. Finally, introduces some programming works about Yunnei report system participated in by the author, and shows some programming source code.
