Enterprise Group The Combination Model

Industry and finance integration is one of the important issues for the integration of substantial economy with virtual economy. The development history of overseas large-scale enterprise groups proves that the development way of industry and finance ingegration for an enterprise group is not only a successful devel(?)ent model for the rapiddevelopment of a large-scale enterprise group but also reflects the inevitable trend of the integiation of industry with finance in the process of the world economy development, among which, GE company of the United States may be rated as a successful typical example of the integration of industry with finance. During the implementation of our government's strategy of large-scale companies and large-scale groups as well as going abroad, some of the strongly developed enterprise groups, in order to deal with the challenges brought by the multinationals, to make their companies strong and large and to upgrade their international competitiveness, by making reference to the development experience of the successful enterprises in the developed countries, have started attempting the development strategy of simultaneous development of both production management and capital management to seek to setup the development model of industry and finance integration for enterprises. However, this kind of practice by integrating industry with finance has been just initiated in our country. Therefore, the study and search of the development way of industry and finance integration for enterprise groups has very important strategic significance for perfecting the financial function of enterprise groups, rapidly accumulating the strategic financial resources, fully making use of the lever effect of financial resource, enlarging the economy of scale for an enterprise group to win the competition advantage accordingly to further upgrade its international competitiveness thereby.This paper, from the various difficulties in the financing practice of an enterprise, educes the effective ways of industry and finance integration to fundamentally solve the difficulties. Launching on the ways of industry and finance integration from industry to finance, from the micro-aspect of an enterprise group, and by ways of theory and practice analysis, this paper studies the integration of industry with (?)nce which is suitable for the situation in our country,seeks for syste(?) cre(?)eness pro(?)tion for both industry and (?)nance and the effective way to fundamentally reconstruct the pattern of the market financing system and capital deploying structure, put forward suggestions related to the aspects of both policy and enterprise group management strategy .Based on theoretical research, aiming at the actual situation in Chitianhua Group with which the author works, this paper presents customized model for the integration of industry with finance and the ways to choose, and suggestions for implementation for the integration of industry with financeThis paper plays a certain role and reference for the government's strategy implementation of large-scale company and large group as well as for an enterprise to make full use of the advantage of financial resource, economy of scale and economy of scope to upgrade the international competitiveness, and also plays an inspiration role for the author's practice.
