Framework Based On High-tech Industries In Guizhou Economic Leaps And Bounds

With the globalizing of world economic, the integrating of the regions economic and the development of the new technological revolution, the economy development competition among countries or regions is day by day intense, and the focus of the competition is the high-new-tech industries. Leapfrogging economy development is always the dream of all underdeveloped countries and regions. The economy of Guizhou Province remains at an undeveloped stage in the nation. This thesis discusses the leapfrogging economy development in Guizhou province under the new background.Firstly, this thesis has defined the areas of high-new-tech industries, classified the leapfrogging economy development into three models and summed up the evolutional direction of the leapfrogging economy development based on the classification. Secondly, the leapfrogging economy development in Guizhou Province is very necessary from the perspective of history and reality, and it is feasible because of its advantages, international experience, foundations, meanwhile the significance of high-new-tech industries in the leapfrogging economy development of Guizhou Province is analyzed in this thesis. Thirdly, based on the theory of self-organization and hetero-organization theories, the different organization models of regional economy system have been classified, and the organizational model of leapfrogging economy development in Guizhou Province has been raised in this thesis, it is the self-organizing of hetero-organizational economy system. Fourthly, based on the quantitative evaluation model, by calculating and qualitative, the leading industries of Guizhou Province have been chosen in this thesis, and they are high-new-tech industries. Lastly, this thesis raises three supporting system from the former studies, they are the capital market, technology cooperation between the Eastern and the western regions, and they will support the leapfrogging economy development in Guizhou Province by supporting the development of the high-new-tech industries.
