With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, relying on the support of national strategic planning,high-tech industries have long occupied the commanding heights of technological innovation because of their technological advantages, and gradually replaced the traditional industrial industry to promote the main position of regional economic development. At the same time, the organization of high-tech industries is complex and affected by many factors. It is of great significance to study the synergy mechanism of various factors to further promote the development of high-tech industries and to drive the regional economic take-off.Furthermore,as a big country with heterogeneous space,China's key variables in research have spatial dependence characteristics,so we use spatial measurement methods to avoid empirical analysis errors.Based on the Er-xiang dual theory, this paper divides the high-tech industry innovation system into two parts:the kernel subsystem and the appearance subsystem. The kernel subsystem is represented as the industrial environment subsystem. The appearance subsystem is represented by the industrial innovation performance subsystem.Combined with the theory of industrial synergy, the entropy weight method is used to measure the synergy degree of high-tech industrial innovation system in 30 provinces of mainland China from 2011 to 2016,and the co-evolution and space-time pattern of high-tech industry innovation system are evaluated through the cloud probability dominance relation(PDR)method. Finally,we construct a spatial measurement model to explore the impact of industrial synergies on regional economy and find:First, the level of coordination degree of high-tech industries in most parts of the country is at a low level, and Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province are far higher than other provinces(municipalities).Second, according to the classification of the eight economic zones, the system synergy of the provinces is classified, and the overall level and fluctuation between regions show typical secondaryization. It is embodied in the "double high”characteristics of high level and high fluctuation in coastal areas, while the western area is characterized by "double low".The central comprehensive economic zone such as the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the middle reaches of the Yellow River presents an intermediate level in the development of high-tech industry system and subsystems. The middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is close to the coastal areas in terms of innovation performance.Third, the synergy of the high-tech industry innovation system can promote the regional economic development, and will force the surrounding regional economy to have a certain spillover effect, thus having a negative impact on the surrounding economy. At the same time, the regional economy was positively affected by the positive effects of the previous period and the negative effects of the neighboring regions.Forth, the industrial agglomeration negatively adjusts the positive effect of the industrial innovation system synergy to the region's economy, but when the effect spreads to the surrounding areas,it is manifested as an economic promotion.Based on the above research conclusions, the corresponding industrial policy implications are proposed.
