Strategic Positioning Of The Development Of High-tech Industry In Guiyang City

High-tech industry is a rising industry with the born of the knowledge-economy, the pole and significance of which is gradually known and affirmed by many people. However, they are lack of cognizing its law because of lagging in research on the relative respects of high-tech industry in China. On investigating the project, this paper begins with filtrating and comparing the its pertinent theories all over the world for improving the cognizance of the its developmental law in order to probe thoroughly into high-tech industry in Guiyang city.This paper focuses on the special application research so that puts more emphases on their citation and application than on oppugning theories because of the author's finite knowledge) such as high-tech industry structure theory, industry relationship theory and industry cluster-development mode.This paper begins with analyzing the status quo of high-tech industry in Guiyang city and then puts theories into practice, and sums up the existing problems of high-tech industry in Guiyang city which consist in the imperfect development circumstance, the unclear strategy orientation, the imbalance industry development, the shortage of R&D expenditure and the talented, and the financing difficulty.Under the guidance of two professors, I come to the conclusions about the development strategy orientation of high-tech industry in Guiyang city after many investigations, which follow as: for modern industry, to adopt the synergetic strategy combining high-tech into the traditional industry development and emphasize on upgrading the traditional industry with high-tech and further cultivate the development circumstance of high-tech industry in Guiyang; for modern agriculture, to adopt the strategy developing the urban agriculture; for modern service industry, to adopt the strategy developing tour and service industry.
