Meanwhile, weshould also make the oil reserve plan which conform to ourcharacteristic and stabilize the oil supplier with overseas through theexperiences of oil reserve system borrowing from abroad. Therefore,establishing firm national oil reserve system, carrying out active anddiverse energy diplomacy and promoting effective internationalenergy cooperation will produce profound impacts of energy issues inChina.
