On The Current Income Gap Is Too Large Causes And Countermeasures

With the reform of economic system the economy of China has obtained great developments, thepeople income distribution condition has changed greatly at the same time. Besides the achievements,there still exist some problems, one of which is people's income distribution gap. GINI coefficient hasbeen the standard to judge the personal income in the world. By 2004, the GINI coefficient of ourcountry rose to 0.46, exceeding the warning line acknowledged by the world. We know thatdistribution condition improving can keep economy grows and society stabilization, on the contrary,distribution condition's deteriorate affect society stabilization and economy grows. The distinguishedgap will beget social stabilization and threaten the stable development of social economy. So findingthe reasons and measures of people's income gap is an important question to our theory researchers.The writer mainly explains the goal and motive of writing this article, then introduces thedomestic and foreign research results to this question in the first chapter.In the second chapter the writer analyzes western income distribution theories. It includes twoaspects: income distribution theory based on market and national macroeconomic regulation andcontrol. Through theory analysis we can get these conclusions: (1) Under the market economycondition, the market mechanism is the basic mechanism of income distribution, the governmentregulation is the assistant form of income distribution;(2) In order to improve our country's conditionof income distribution we should exploit the function of the market and strengthen the nationalmacroeconomic regulation and control. In addition, based on this theory the article has carried on theappraisal to our country scholar's main views of income distribution theory.In the third chapter the article has introduced the situation of income gap expanding unceasinglyby the gap of rural-urban, region, industry, interior various rankings of town, interior of enterprise fiveparts. The purpose is to make people know that it is time to solve the problem of people's income gap.In the forth chapter the article has analyzed the reasons of this condition and its influence. Thearticle analyzes the causes of income gap by five parts: history part, the mode of economicdevelopment, the distribution system in effect, the reform of economic system and politic system.Then the article analyzes the negative social and economic influence if income gap too large.Based on above analysis, the article puts forward pointed measure and suggestion from primaryassignment, the second assignment and the third assignment (by charitable way) in the fifth chapter.At last the article gets the conclusion that we should take positive measures to consummateincome distribution style at present to improve life quality of our country inhabitant and keep theeconomy continually development and stability of society.
