Interactive Study Of The New Era Of Urbanization And A New Socialist Countryside Construction

Urbanization and new rural construction are two very important factors to drive modernization,they are promoted and supplement each other.One aspect,the new Development of urbanization needs an all-round propulsion of rural construction.another aspect,urbanization is fundamental approach to drive the new rural construction.After having developed more than half a centuriy, process of urbanization has entered a new stage with high speed, but the choosing of urbanization strategy have been disputed for many years.Since the People's Republic of China was founded, significant changes have happened in construction of rural, but problems of Agriculture , rural and peasant did not being changed basicly. Urbanization and rural construction have not promoted with each other sufficiently and actively, and process of modernization are affected on a certain degree.Judging from world range, the coordination of urbanization and rural construction is very necessiary to the development of modernization.The"new rural movement"in Korea Republic country , the"constructing village movement"in Japanese , and the practice of theory that the quality of life in countryside should be equivalent to city in Germany, are all effective actions exactly adopted by those countries which abided by this law, the process of modernization of these countries were exactly accelerated because of these actions. Latin America phenomenon has testified this law from reverse side.Testified by Home and abroad practice, only when urbanization and rural construction promoted each other and grow coordinatedly, the society's all-round development may come to truth.In the process of structuring harmonious society of socialism, how to realize the active promotion between urbanization and new rural construction,is a very important problem that is connected with the realization of modenization of China,which will be a rich ,democratic,civilized and harmonious society.Therefore, in order to impulse the mutual promotion ,it is very necessary to study and draw lessons from experience on urbanization and rural construction of home and abroad .Based on a thorough understanding of modernization strategy,and on a thorough analysis of the practice on urbanization and rural construction in home and abroad,and on a reviewing of the active promotion between urbanization and new rural construction in Shishi city, this paper , attemptd to exactly grasp the relationship of urbanization and new rural construction, and expect to offer feasibility research on how to find the correct route to realize the mutual promotion of urbanization and rural construction.
