With the increasing globalization deepens, unifies the project management and team management namely using the team in the project operation has become nowadays an enterprise's main mode of administration. In the Fortune 100 companies; nearly completely using project team, however only then 13% project team was considered that is effective. Against this background, how to maintain an efficient project team has become a great concern in various business management issues. In the course of the operation of project team building trust between the project team members, and establishing the trust model to match the developing project team are effective measures to improve project team performance.First, this article has carried on through reading and the analysis to the domestic and foreign correlation theories domain's achievement, and summarizes the theoretical basis and research status of project team and trust. The past scholars in the field of project team and trust have carried out a great deal of research and have many progresses, but the study of the combining of the project team life cycle in each development phase and the construction of trust, the developing process is quite defective, specially the research of team member's function and the influence in the trust construction and developing process as the trust main body is defective. In view of these insufficiencies, this article introduces two factors of staff personality traits and the life cycle of project team at different period and by this design questionnaire, proposes the supposition, construct research model. Then, this article reorganizes the data collected in the survey with the statistical software SPSS, confirms the supposition preamble proposed through the correlation analysis and the variance analysis perfects model. Finally, based on the conclusion obtained from the real diagnosis, this article carries on the thorough interview and the case study to the model project team, and puts forward the corresponding proposal and the measure to the construction and the evolution process of the project team trust.This article has drawn the following conclusions: First, the staff personality special characteristic have the remarkable influence to construct the trust in project team; Second, the staff personality special characteristic have the remarkable influence in the evolution of trust in the project team; Third, in the project team life cycle's different period, the relational guidance trust has the remarkable difference, the work guidance trust has remarkable difference besides in the formative time and the shake time. Fourth, trusts also display the remarkable gradual characteristic in different period of the project team life cycle.Finally, this article points out the direction of future research in this topic, based on the summary.
