Land Acquisition Of The Balance Of Interests

The current systems of land acquisition in our country came into being played in the period of planned economic system in the 1950s, and it had a positive role in guaranteeing national construction at that time. But with the development of socialist market economy, the defect of this system increasingly stands out. To a certain extent, the farmer's rights is violated. Most of the domestic studies about land acquisition are focused on analyzing the existent problem of land acquisition and putting forward the homologous suggestions. Disquisitions on analyzing the interaction among all interest parties and the equilibrium of all interest parties with the help of game theory are very few.This thesis takes the equilibrium of all interest parties in land acquisition as the research object, inquires into the present situation of land acquisition and analyzes the reason of the difficulty of land acquisition through investigation. With the help of game theory analysis, this paper explores the performance of all interest parties relating to land acquisition of large infrastructure project, in which the interest preference of parties concerned, and characteristics of behavior are comprehensively studied. Based on it, two game models are established: the game model based on principal-agent relationship between govemment and primary organization, the bargaining game between primary organization and peasantry. Interactions among government, primary organization and peasantry are illustrated in analysis of the two models. In the end, the support systems of land acquisition are put forward.
