Chinese tobacco industry is the national economy mainstay. It havecontributed so much to Chinese economy. With China joined WTO andFCTC (Framework convention on tobacco control), the marketingprocess of Chinese tobacco management system was quickened. Thedomestic tobacco enterprises were forced to face the strong competitionfrom international tobacco firm. Changsha tobacco Inc. is a commercialenterprise of tobacco. It was taken on the duty of tobacco monopolizationand developing market. In order to adapt the marketing process and thecompetition, Changsha tobacco Inc. must constitute the marketingstrategy so that it can control the Changsha tobacco market and upgradeits competitive ability. It was very important to survival and developmentof Changsha tobacco.Basing on the special background of tobacco monopolization, first,author analysed the Changsha tobacco marketing, forecasted the salestrend in the future, investigated the tobacco tradesmen and the tobaccocustomers. In the bases, then author designed the marketing strategy ofChangsha tobacco Inc., confirmed the marketing strategy target, thetarget market, target customer and the positioning in Changsha tobaccomarketing. Either brought forward the marketing mix about how toreality strategy target in base of Changsha tobacco's managementactuality. At last, author brought forward the control step of marketingstrategy execute and the method about how to evaluate the effect.Author studied the process systematically about how to institute orexecute or control or evaluate the marketing strategy using theories of customer mentality and behavior and marketing strategy in the thesis.There would be some practical value for Changsha tobacco Inc. toupgrade the competitive ability and to control the tradesmen and theChangsha tobacco market.
