With the rapid development of China’s market economy, enterprise salary management and designment in the system of human resources is playing an increasingly important role. The protection of remuneration can improve the skills of employees. The function of salary can effectively achieve incentive effectiveness. How to attract and reserve key personnel in various stages of development of enterprises, salaries have played an irreplaceable role. Therefore, whether it can design a real matching salary system for is extremely important foe the long-term development of modern enterprises.In this paper, basing on study of traditional and modern management theory, combined understanding of the internal and external environment of market and competitors,I will research the human resources and pay system of Inner Mongolia Juxiang Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. Moreover, I will analyze the Status and Problems and point out that the key issues isincentive compensation system as well as design a suitablecompensation system for enterprise development. First, make sure the existing pay strategy; Second, do the job evaluation of Inner Mongolia Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. Last, redesign the of Juxiang.During the design of the salary system in this paper, I take full account of the features of the catering industry in Inner Mongolia and the own development of Juxiang.The design of the salary system in my paper has some reference value for the domestic similar enterprises in the design of salary system.
