Secondly, it describes systematically how all the kinds of enviromnental factors influencetechnology innovation diffusion, set up a valid environmental evaluatingindex system of technology innovation diffusion, at the same timeestablishes BP neural network evaluating model of technology innovationdiffusion, which uses the Neural Network Toolbox (NNT) based onMATLAB to make network train and emulation. Thirdly, combining theevaluation model with the environmental evaluating index system, thepaper gives a real example, which proves it feasible to evaluating theenvironment of technology innovation diffusion with BP neural networkmodel.
