The purpose of an enterprises strategy management is to take advantage of its human resources,financial resources and property to optimize its management and increase its profit by means of analyze,forecast,plan and control.The strategy management of the CHINA TIESIJU CIVIL ENGINEERING GROUP CO;LTD(short form TIESIJU) is just the beginning because of planed economy system in China. Construction industry has been to be the principal industry because China take increasing domestic demanded policy and positive finance policy in the past few years, the gross output value of construction industry is the 7 percent of GDP ( gross domestic product) .As the participant in recent market economy, the construction enterprises is one of the determinant facts to make economy prosper and make people obtaining employment.So it is very important for our country that we strengthen national construction enterprises strategy management and enhance its capacity of competition.It is important that an enterprises to define a strategy ,and this strategy must be flexible enough to take account of changing market conditions. The article has analyzed the external and the internal environment of TIESIJU by means of Dr.Michael Porter's competition model and BCG, and try to define a strategic formalization (the mission,the objective,the strategy) . The author think TIESIJU should adjust its business strategy, as it should adjust its structure of production, it should carry out diversified economy as developing major business; It should establish and consummate regulation, especially modern enterprises system , for example motivation and restraint of employee; It should develop human resources strategy; It should mold good enterprises culture and corporation identity.
