China Mobile,which began in April 2000,is the global network scale,the largest customer size,the market capitalization of the leading telecom operators.With the more closely,and the requirements for the real-time,secrecy,communication quality and service quality of communication have been improved gradually.In recent years,the Ministry of industry,development and Reform Commission for the state-owned enterprise cost communication costs in accordance with the proportion of 30% gradually drop,the real name system management has been incorporated into the national laws and regulations,the user of the growing awareness of rights,virtual operators and users continue to seize the user,China's communications market dispute intensified,face communication operators competition more and more,the competition situation is increasingly grim.This article mainly takes China Mobile Communications Group Jilin Co.,Ltd.as the analysis subject of the China Mobile Jilin branch.First,China Mobile Jilin branch of,in-depth analysis of the model on the Mobile Corporation industry internal competition environment,the Jilin branch of China Mobile's own resources and environment are described,including the organization structure and the characteristics of the product.On this basis,the article uses SWOT analysis to analyze systematically the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities threats of enterprises,and get the conclusion that the alienation strategy is the inevitable choice of Jilin mobile strategy.In the implementation plan of differentiated competitive strategy,we made detailed design and conception from the aspects of,product service quality improvement and so on,which is also the innovation of this paper.At the same time,put forward the implementation of selection and implementation of competitive strategy,provide some reference opinions for Jilin branch of China Mobile's future strategy,promote the Mobile Corporation to improve the strategic management system,to achieve the long-term development of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market target.
