At present the competition in architecture industry to turn intense, abroadcompany enters the domestic market and local business annexing andregrouping, enlarging scale, robbing the limit architecture market.Architectures business enterprise of the region of Inner Mongolia growsprofusely and quickly. According to statisticsing incompletely, there are morethan 120 companies. The gradually drastic competitive market and thecompetitive situations put forward the rigorous challenge to the development ofthe company. As a middle-small scaled business enterprise, adapting the requestof the market competition, drawing up the feasible development strategy is theinevitable choice of the company has to be made.The technical innovation, item management and corporation managementof architecture in China was in arrears. There is the reason of macro economicsenvironment.
