Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Financial Ecological Environment And Private Economic Development Study

A local finance ecological environment not only relates local financial quality but also directly affects the local economy level of development. Along with recently national support private economic policy, the private economy has developed quickly and became an important factor of supporting the advance of China economy. The private economy in Yanbian Korean National Minority autonomous prefecture also has developed well and become the important constituent in Yanbian area. In 2005, the employment population of private economy in Yanbian accounted for completely in office staff population 85%, the tax revenue implementing accounted for the complete tax revenue is 32%,amounted to 1.03 billion Yuan. but the private economy actually still was facing some difficult positions.Basis on statistical data of Yanbian state small and medium-sized enterprise bureau and the people's Bank of China Yanbian sub-branch, the author investigate and research and analyze the finance ecological environment and the private economical development problem of Yanbian, defined the finance ecological environment of Yanbian is the main influence to the private economy development, therefore the key way of solution private economy development is the improvement finance ecological environment.
