This paper, combining the research object-JUNLEMEI closely and using historical documents analysis method, further discusses the components and practical conditions of TMT’s theory and their relations, then makes every effort to explore the impact of these factors on the generation of the differentiation competitive advantage.Nowadays, with more and more fierce competition, obtaining differentiation competitive advantage which is important means for enterprises to survive and achieve development, are driving more and more attention of enterprises. Differentiation competitive advantage is reflected in four aspects:product differentiation, market differentiation, service differentiation and image differentiation. Improve customer value is the foundation of differentiation, innovation is the key to keep differentiation, the correct service idea and advanced marketing idea is the main factors of differentiation, only constant innovation to keep pace with The Times, can make enterprise keep leading competitive advantage. Top management team (TMT) as the company’s top leader, holding the enterprise core resources, plays a decisive role in the enterprise vision, the strategic direction and decision making. So, it will have the important meaning to discuss how TMT influences enterprise differentiation competition advantage.In the past, the study mainly focused on the impact of team population statistic characteristics on organizational performance and competitive advantage, such as age, gender, education background, the assignment and fixed number of year, etc. Papers mainly study from the surface characters of the team, largely due to the demographic data are accessible, and can reflect TMT’s cognitive and ability on certain level. But gaining differentiation competitive advantage which is a complicated process needs to be deeply discussed. Refer to many thesis related, this paper summed up11factors from the perspective of TMT’s concept, cognitive and ability, including team leader heterogeneous concept, team leader openness, team leader to respect, cognitive desire of team, sense of responsibility, team cooperation consciousness, team leader learning ability, team leader innovation ability, team leader resources integration ability, team learning ability, team executive capability.
