Based On The Pdca Cycle Reliability Engineering In The Company's Hailing

Hailing Corp is a small-sized company which develops and manufactures Repeaters.In order to enhance the work reliability of Repeaters, the company introduced reliabilityengineering, moreover the company combined it with industry characteristic of civilelectronic application.PDCA recycle was applied in the company's reliability engineering. In firstphase(plan), a conclusion was draw that product failure mainly focused on several factors,in second phase(do), each measure was brought forward respectively, in third phase(check),the reliability of Repeaters was enhanced finally, in fourth phase (act), the companyextracted experience from this process and refered the unsolved and new problem to nextPDCA recycle.In addition,there were several small PDCA recycles in the big PDCA recycle whichplayed each role in following factors: poor design of electrocircuit, component failure,software bug and so on, these PDCA recycles formed a chain of PDCA recycles.Three sections which were highlighted in this dissertation as follows. The first, inorde to solve the problem of poor electrocircuit design, reliability allocation was required,developer enhanced subsystem reliability by sequence distribution.The second, thisdissertation summarized some regulations during solving the problem of component failure.The third, this dissertation gived emphasis to employee education of reliability.The way of enhancing product reliability is endless, the company will carry outreliability growth testing, build up database and employ full-time reliability engineer assoon as possible.
