Nanjing WH atuo parts limited company is a automobile plate products manufacturing enterprises which established at 2000 year's end.The output value grew from 400,000~ of the beginning to the present more than 25,000,000ï¿¥in six years.Meanwhile, with the rapid development there are also-many problems. This paper tries to guide that company to make full of use of itself advantage well, and holds the market opportunity, and evades market risk, and improves the management condition by the researching of the development strategyto WH company.The external macroscopic environment analysis of the business enterprise is the foundation of the developmental strategic research for business enterprise,and it is the important component of the analysis of the company's developmentalstrategic situation. This paper analyzes the opportunity and challenge which the Chinese atuo parts industy is facing through many external factors, such as relevant industry policy, present and future development trend.This paper points out that the atuo parts industrys are facing the development opportunity.on the other hand,there are many problems in SEMs automobile accessory in China.According to itself situation,the SEMs must draw up how to make use of the opportunity in the atuo parts makets and aviod risks through innovating canstantly.The internal environment condition of the enterprises is a basic support of the business enterprise developmental strategy. It helps better understand advantage and disadvantage of the business enterprise.When SEMs draw up their developmental strategies, they should consider their internal environment,after the internal environment condition analysis of WH, such as marketing plan, product struture, human resourse.etc., then sum up the competition strength and weakness of the WH company.Based on the analysis above, Adhere to the "Do Nothing before Do Anything" for the company's philosophy.The resercher innovatively put the grand strategy matrix, and the SWOT analysis and QSPM of the three major strategic tool together to use.According to the principles of developing the strength, evading the weakness, taking advangtage of opportunity and avoiding the risk.This paper divides the Developmental strategy of WH company into three stages. And the WH company should take different priority development strategies in every periods. This paper puts forward the countermeasure from several aspects, such as organization structure, marketing plan, human resource, R&D, finance strategy, corporate culture, management information systyem etc.
