Nowadays, the global economy tends towards integration, as well as science andtechnology increases constantly. For the car industry, is currently experiencing a revolution oftechnology innovation, which plays an important role in promoting the healthy, sustained, andstable development of the automotive industry. Automobile industry itself is a comprehensiveindustry, usually having the characteristics of intensive technology, capital, and personnel,high level of profitability, and strong integrity. To some extend, the development ofautomobile industry reflects the ability and level of scientific and technological innovation ofa country. The core of this subject is auto parts industry, which plays an important role in theautomobile manufacturing industry, and also has great influence in the process of after saleservice. Parts quality directly reflected in the level of automobile manufacturing. In recentyears, automobile manufacturing and parts industry develop very fast. It greatly promotes thedevelopment and construction of social economy of China, and gradually becomes animportant pillar in economic development. Therefore, it is very important forthe car industry to improve the technical level of automotive parts production and innovationability, which determines a qualitative leap of the automobile industry in our country.This paper takes the famous auto parts manufacturing company--FAST Company as thekey analysis object. On the basis of the enterprise strategy management theory and technologyinnovation theory, this paper focuses on enterprise design, manufacturing, production processinnovation. Firstly, this article has carried on the analysis to the technological innovationand technological innovation strategy theory development status and achievements, then introduces the general situation of FAST Company and the status of technological innovation,and summarizes the existing problems of the enterprise in the technological innovation; inaddition, this paper will focus more on the technology innovation of FAST Company’sexternal and internal environment, and scientific prediction of chances and challengesencountered in enterprise technological innovation process so as to develop a set of suitableplans and programs for the company development.
