And then, proposed one kind of management improvement modelimplementing in KOA Corporation—KPS manangement.This article introduced the definition of quality and quality control, elaborated thesetheory of site management, quality improvement, TQM. Basing on deeply research in theTQM, we proposed our opinion that TQM is one kind of management philosophy,summarized the relationship among the management, improvement and TQM, and pointedout 4 critical elements to effectively implement the improvement.As central topic, the paper summarized one kind of effective management model inthe KOA Corporation quality control and the management and operation-KPSmanagement, introduced comprehensively KPS to be one kind of enterprise managementand operation pattern under new current economic condition, in order to adapt comptitioncondition, take the customer as the guidance, take human as central, take quality as media,take effective management as goal, take TQM theory as philosophic guidence. The articlefinally also introduced the practice which enterprise is implementing KPS management.
