At present, China has become the largest country in producing antibiotic in the world. China has the absolute advantage especially in the production of some antibiotics API. However, due to the antibiotics industry in China is almost by imitation and homogeneity serious, over capacity, the lack of core competitiveness, therefore, strengthen the total product quality management of the antibiotic production enterprise, pushing antibiotics industry from the "imitation in China" to "made in China" upgrade, has become an urgent requirement of China's current antibiotics industry.This article takes the Cefdinir raw material, Cefdinir capsule, Cefpodoxime granule and the other antibiotics products of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Holdings Gencom Pharmacy Co., Ltd as objectives of study. On the basis of the theory of total quality management, based on the PDCA cycle of quality management, using quality management tools, this article researches the quality management and improvement of the above products.Firstly this article based on the total quality management theory, through the PDCA cycle, take the Cefdinir raw material as the research object, and find out the problem in the process of management, apply the appropriate quality management tools, further study the solution, achieve the goal of product quality improvement, then consolidate the result, at the same time promote management experience, apply to the product quality management of Cefdinir capsule and Cefpodoxime granule, finally realize the improvement of the enterprise overall quality management level.The research conclusion in this article, can be further applied to the quality management of the other cephalosporin antibiotics and un-cephalosporin products, thus promote the enterprise production, quality and so on various aspects to enhance the efficiency of management, further improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the industry.
