In China Real estate has experienced more than 20 years in China. Though it has developed for a short time, it has already become so important that it is related to the national policy and people's livelihood now, which is the most important when the government shape its course and people often take it as an investment method. The development of real estate is like the rising sun, so more and more people who engaged in real estate industry are familiar with and real estate project. Now, everything is a project, and everything will be a project, which is gradually changing the management of the organization, which is obvious in the real estate industry.The project control is mainly made up of three elements: progress, quality and investment. To evaluate a project is successful or not, it is to measure the weighted value of the three factors. This paper structure is shown as follows: the first is the introduction of related theories in view of progress, quality, investment control problem and their dialectic relation, then according to some progress, quality, investment control problem in a practical real estate project, solution to these problems have been provided guided by the combination of theory and practice.Finally, some ideas and experience of project control have been set forward in this paper. The real estate project control appears popularly and simply, while in fact it is very complicated and profound. Progress, quality and the investment control are the focus of real estate project management. Any project control must attach its importance to the three factors and provide solutions how to manage. With the development and improvement of the socialist market economy, greater power of national economy joining WTO and globalization, varied race, enterprises and country from all over the world have jointed together. It is evident that the three controls which consists of progress, quality and invest control are very important in the real estate project control, so is contract management .The contract is a linkage, which binds persons and objects which are relative to the real estate project together. At the same time, the contract is a foundation to .solve dissensions. It is imperative for a real estate enterprise to establish sustainable development strategy for a long term. Only a real estate enterprise can cope with problems what discussed above, can it keep its place in the heat competition market and develop to be stronger.
