Discussion On The Bank's Insurance Business

Bancassurance is the product of fusion of the bank capital and insurance capital in the economic globalization and financial liberalization.The development of the bancassurance can reflect the cooperation between bank and insurance,and the economy of scale ,economy of scope. China's bancassurance is still at the lower level. There are many problems.We can learn a lot from the development experience and lessons of International bancassurance .It's worthy of in-depth study of the problem in these areas as research and practice for commercial banks, insurance companies and strategic investors .The research must be very important theoretical and practical significance .This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is"Bancassurance Theory Outline".In this chapter ,there is a systematic introduction to the bancassurance theory , expounding the connotations of the bancassurance ,and summed up the characteristics of the bancassurance .Then it shows the motive force for development of international bancassurance from both at the macro and micro aspects.The second chapter is"The Development process,Status ,Problems and the Reasons of bancassurance".In this chapter,the paper take Industrial and commercial Bank of China as an example to analyse the status of China bancassurance.This chapter summarizes the eight main issues ,and analyses in-depth its causes from external factors and internal factors.The third chapter is"Countermeasures and Suggestions".There are many suggestions raised,such as enhancing cooperation on banking and insurance awareness of the importance of the degree,updating business ideas ,establishing long-term strategic alliances in the market ,establishing a scientific, effective and reasonable insurance sales agent system ,exploring innovative product development and marketing strategies,banking and Insurance to establish cooperation mechanisms for market access,strengthening financial supervision,establishing and improving related laws and regulations,and so on.Through the business of bancassurance , China's insurance industry is developing rapidly and healthily .This paper just want to do something small way to the development of the bancassurance.
