Along with financial-integration penetrating deeply, the global bancassurance develops rapidly. After many years of explorations and development, the bancassurance spreads world wild. And it becomes not only the main sales way of the European insurance business, but also an important pattern of the area financial organs in Europe, Australia and Asia.We had introduced the idea of the bancassurance overseas since 2000. Now it has shown its charm and attraction to the insure market. However, started from the second half year in 2004, the bancassurance in the domestic development fell in weary condition, and appeared the first time negative growth in the recent five years. Lots of experts all comment domestic bank was insuring whether has walked into "the cross street corner".This paper attempt from theoretical analysis obtaining, and seek the answer from the domestic and foreign classical case practice. At the same time, we try to collect information of the domestic and foreign some famous banks and the insurance company by questionnaire and interview. To discuss and propose appropriate developing patter the development pattern which the future of our bancassurance in future.The aim of this paper is to analyze the experience and the lesson on the way of bancassurance developing. We will discuss the future and the development pattern of our country Bank insurance. So do something in promoting our bancassurance development.
