Since our country carried out housing reform policy, the supply and demand of house has kept speedy increase. Especially in recent years, real estate industry keeps increasing. The whole industry enters a long boom term. The future of real estate industry is promising. But it has the problem of surplus houses, short effective demand and keen competition. Real estate enterprises must scientifically orientate its position through careful market research if they want to succeed in the market.This paper studies the macroeconomic environment and micro demand environment, and studies the market demand and supply survey, based on the first-hand detail information, using real estate market analyse system and adopting SWOT analyse method to diagnose the feature of the project. Through study the project of Expo Eco Town, it analyses the aspect of target customers, product and price.This paper is composed of 7 chapters. The first and second chapter states the topic selection, related concept and theory. Chapter 3, 4, 5 and 6 introduce basic information of Expo Eco Town, and specifically analyze it's macro and micro environment. Chapter 7 clarifies Expo Eco Town's orientation based on the research and analysis.
