Been developed for over a decade, China's real estate industry has gradually grown reasonably. However, the profits of real estate coexist with risks. Scientific strategies and rational judgments help to evade investment risks, so investment analysis plays a decisive role in real estate investment. Meanwhile, real estate investment analysis is a hard job as you need to consider many various but connected elements in a fairly wide range, including an important one, market orientation, which plays a vital role. The various solutions of market orientation directly influence the investment options chosen by real estate agents and consumers and bring those agents different amount of total investment and profit as well as different level of risks. At present, China's real estate projects'marketing orientation is out of the joint with investment strategies, so this paper will focus on how to build the interaction between market orientation and investment of real estate projects.Our research is based on the basic theories of market orientation and investment strategies, mainly in terms of their concepts, characters, methods and content, etc. Market orientation aims at providing characteristic houses for specific consumer groups and giving them deep impression. When we talk about market orientation, the most important tasks include project orientation, area and house type orientation, target customer groups orientation and price positioning, which can provide sufficient basic information for making investment decisions.Market research, datum analysis and datum forecast are ways to get the basis of market orientation, which are also the main parts, the core or the soul of market planning and provide reference for decision making and implement of all the activities of real estate projects.With the basis and methods, how to choose investment channels, estimate total investment and profit and control investment risks is of great significance in scientific or productive practice.
