Guiyang City Creek Area Non-public Economic Development, Soft Environment Construction Of Strategic Management Research

Development of the nonpublic economy has a direct and important function and significance for national economic development or regional economic development. And the soft environment is an important factor for the development of nonpublic economy. Domestically, the study of the development of nonpublic economy and the soft environment is very rich. However, the research in the theory and practice of the inherent relationship between the nonpublic economy and the regional soft environment is of relative shortage. And the study in the province is almost blank. Therefore, the in-depth study of the important role of the soft environment in the nonpublic economy development is of considerable practical value, which will provide new development ideas for the development of the nonpublic economy in Xiaohe District and provide the reference model and operational management for relevant departments to strengthen the soft environment and the strategic management. Meanwhile, the study has the universal significance and important reference value for the insufficient development of the nonpublic economy in Guizhou Province. Analysis in terms of both theory and practice, the theoretical study and practical summary of the relationship between the regional soft environment and the nonpublic economy has strong innovative values for the corelational research.In recent years, although nonpublic economy of Xiaohe District has been developing, the share of nonpublic economy in GDP is higher than the province's share of the overall level of 27.8%, Xiaohe District, as one of the three central cities of Guiyang, and the only state-level economic and technical development zone of Guizhou Province, compared with Yunyan District, Nanming District and the surrounding areas, there are still a large gap between Xiaohe District and the other areas. Through the study of the relationship between the nonpublic economy and the regional economy, the nonpublic economy and the soft environment, according to the current situation and the gap of the development of the nonpublic economy of Xiaohe District, the thesis has proposed the necessity, importance and urgency of developing nonpublic economy in Xiaohe District. And found a strategic posture of the soft environment and the development of nonpublic economy, thereby, we put out some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the soft environment in the region to promote the development of the nonpublic economy.
