The key object of enterprises' human resource management is the knowledge staff at the knowledge economy time. So we must manage and inspirit the knowledge staff. How to manage and inspirit the knowledge staff, and enhance the knowledge staff's loyalty, arouse their working enthusiasm effectively, is an important link of state-owned enterprises come into the track of the world new economy development rapidly, and re-establishe its dominant position in the national economy and the global economy. Therefore the general operators and the people of enterprises' human resource managementit pay much attention to enhancing the knowledge staff's loyalty. The research bases on the domestic and foreign scholars' researchful results about the staff loyalty, discovers the question about the knowledge staff loyalty of state-owned enterprise through scientific positive analysis, thus proposes cultivated countermeasures to the knowledge staff loyalty of state-owned enterprise.Based on the evaluation criteria, present situation and cultivated measure suggestion analysis of the knowledge staff loyalty at state-owned enterprises through methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey, interview, comparative analysi, the research proposes cultivated countermeasures to the knowledge staff loyalty of state-owned enterprise.The contents of the dissertation include:The first part: Introduction. The introduction introduces the research background of the paper at first, then elaborates the paper's research significance, finally summarizes the paper's research goal and the research content.The second part: Literature commentary. First the paper has conducted the research to the domestic and foreign scholars' literature regarding the staff loyalty, embarks from the loyalty definition, analyzes literature material on the influence to the enterprise when staff are disloyal, the evaluation criteria and the influencing factor of loyalty as well as enhancing loyalty measures and so on, has laid the academic base for cultivating knowledge staff's loyalty of state-owned enterprise.The third part: Research technique and design.
