Cycle Economies To Build Eco-city Construction Research

With the acceleration of urbanization, the eco-city becomes the main direction of city development. The core of city development is the growth of economy, while the most important task of eco-city construction is to build recycling-economy. Nowadays recycling-economy is the only way to realize economic sustainable development which nature is one kind of eco-economy, a new economy developing pattern aiming at the pressure of economy growth on resource and environment. After consulting the building of recycling-economy system in other eco-cities, we take Langfang city as a study object, combining the methods of determining the nature and fix quantifying, and studied the building of recycling-economy in Langfang city from a eco-economy viewpoint.Recycling-economy is the important content of eco-city construction. Both of them have the same and different points. So from choosing evaluation index, we should look after both economy development index and environment protection index. According to the theory of eco-city and recycling-economy and the present condition in Langfang city, we establish a recycling-economy system index in eco-city construction from economy, environment and society three aspects. At the same time, making sure each index power by factorization method and analyzing the status of Langfang city in 2001-2005, we take apart the advantage and disadvantage in recycling-economy building. Aiming at the initial examining result of comprehensive evaluation on recycling-economy in Langfang city, and making reference to viewpoint, we put forward some suggestions to build recycling-economy in Langfang eco-city construction: developing a recycling eco-agriculture and eco-industry, a servicing business according with recycling-economy principle, construction recycling-economy in the first, second industry respectively from big, medium and small three layers.
