The Customer Relations Management (CRM) means the extremely importance for a company's profitability and the long-term success. The goal of the CRM is must establish the long-term relations with the customer, and creates the loyal customer which unceasingly increases and the bigger profit space in the information time.The thesis aims is managed trying to apply learning knowledge of Management science to help Medium-sized and small enterprises to improve the application in the CRM, beginning with the CRM concept and development, and the CRM application in the F Corporation. Set forth the CRM significance to medium-sized and small enterprises , discuss as well as the problem that medium-sized and small enterprises comes across in the process of practice waits to have carried out a few. To try to help medium-sized and small enterprises to improve the cognition to the CRM, reinforce the CRM level, improve the efficiency of the operation of enterprises, and improve management and administration status, the way accelerating ultimately.
