Nowadays,our country is in the critical period of reform and opening, and in the period of outburst of various social contradictions. In this period, many fatal social contradictions are represented by furious conflicts of labor relationship, including employee coming off sentry caused by state-owned enterprise restructuring, guarantee of rights and interests of more and more peasant-workers, and more serious polarization between the rich and poor. Those problems bring challenges to our economic development and construction of harmonious society. Therefore, how to establish good labor relationship and solve various problems and challenges properly makes an important role in the reform and development of China.Today the general labor relationship of our country is in comparatively stress conditions. The reason causing this intensive relationship is various; however, it sums up to two aspects. One is institutional factor and namely institution arrangement, including unbalance of principal status of labor relationship, distempered jurisprudence of labor relationship and nominal collective bargaining and so on. The other is mechanism factor, and namely execution and operation of institution, including ineffective and high-cost harmony mechanism of labor relationship, and not completely executed policies and rules of law and so on. As for those problems, the article puts forward a lot of theories and ideas on how to settle those problems, through researching on basic theory of labor relationship and history process of development and evolvement of labor relationship in China and foreign counties, by making use of modern economics'research frame. For example, it puts forward such a systematic theoretical mode of labor relationship with homeostasis characteristic, and analyzes by the numbers characteristics and subsistent problems of our country's labor relationship according to this model. The article also puts forward some suggestions and assumptions on the institution arrangement of our country's labor relationship.The basic ideas and principles of this article on how to settle our country's labor relationship problems are as follows: systematically solving by frame of homeostasis model; searching for settlement on institution from institution arrangement; emphasizing particularly making labor relationship of state-owned enterprise standard; emphasizing selectively solving; promote stepwise solving connecting with concrete circumstance in order to maintain stable and harmonious social complexion.
