With the rapid development of virtual teams, the problem about information management has become increasingly apparent. As a result of the dispersion and heterogeneity, the majority of the Virtual team members do not understand each other, and each member is very different about the background, personality and working methods. The lack of face-to-face communication is serious and a large amount of information has not been optimal allocation, so that the information sharing quality is poor in virtual teams.The high-quality of information sharing ensure virtual teams survival and development, and team members are all willing to share the useful information to other members is the basis of maintaining the virtual team. Therefore, if a virtual team brings all advantages and performances into play, virtual teams need to improve the quality of information sharing and spur team members information sharing.In this study, the quality problems of information sharing in virtual teams are studied from the perspective of information management. By dint of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of the information quality, especially MIT's results in many years, according to the characteristics and impact factors of the quality of information sharing in virtual teams, ten quality factors of information sharing are provided: Reliability, Correlation, Objectivity, Timeliness, Sufficiency, Understandability, Feedback, Economy, Ease of Record and Security.Then, this paper uses these 10 quality factors to create the evaluation model of virtual team information sharing quality, adopts the questionnaire method to obtain the required data and information of the evaluation, and analyzes evaluation results, including each information sharing quality factor's weight, score, and comprehensive scores. According to the comprehensive score, two game models are built (the game model of information sharing between team members, the game model of sharing information between team members and managers). And then this paper analyzes how the quality of information sharing impacting the behavior of the virtual team members and managers and finds the effective strategy to improve the quality of information sharing in virtual teams.Using the evaluation model of virtual team information sharing quality evaluates BOHKNET international courses, and a detailed analysis is provided. Combined with the actual situation, this paper finds out the problems of information sharing quality in the BOHKNET international programs, which need to be solved rapidly, and then some effective methods are provided to improve information sharing quality in the BOHKNET international courses. Simultaneity, The Empirical Study verify the feasibility and accuracy of the evaluation model of virtual team information sharing quality and the game models of virtual team information sharing.
