Facing the change of the labor relationship nowadays, the employees don't have to work for one single employer for their whole life any more. And it means the employer needs to examine every policy within the labor relationship from the employee's point of view.This research based on previous research, and refered to the existing foreign questionnaire. Several statistical methods, such as correlation analysis, bivariate analysis, regression analysis, were used to analysis the relation about leadership types, psychology contract and job performance in this study; and introduce perceived psychology contract as mediator variable, which explore the indirect effect of leadership types on the job performance.The article gives the result:(1)It presents a direct relation and influence on each dimension of leadership types, psychology contract and job performance.(2)Psychology contract have positive effects on job performance.(3)Through level multiple regression analysis, psychology contract holds a media relation toward leadership types and job performance, that is, leadership types has indirect effects on job performance through psychology contract.According to the findings, this study gives some suggestions to the supervisor: leadership types should depend on employee's personalitied, and should satisfy individual psychology contract to improve employees' performance effectively.
