With the arrival of information time and knowledge economy, the competition for intelligent is becoming tougher and tougher. The standards for successful employee which change with the time are becoming more and more complex. For example, employees want not only money or stable hiring relationships, but also the improvement of their abilities. The development of the career is not limited in a certain enterprise, the employee can choose to enter different companies to realize their goals. So the changes call for the corresponding changes of the enterprise's rules and mechanism. Then, how about the psychology contract between the enterprises and employees? How about the situation of the career development management of our country?By reviewing the theories of psychology contract and career development management, we study the matching situation between psychology contract and career development management. The decisions for career development management are made under the psychology-changing background.The paper consist of 6 parts, the first part introduce the writing rules, the whole process is to find the problem, analyze the problem, and give the suggestion;second part introduce the theory about psychology contract and career development. We find psychology contract influence the management of career development from the start. The third part introduce the theory about career development briefly. This part tells us the relationship between psychology contract and career management. We had better look at the two theories as a system. Our goal is to realize the success of individual enterprise and society. The fourth part is the strategies which are given from the point of the mechanism, rules. Enterprises need care about employees' mental needs and provide the study atmosphere. It is necessary to build psychology contract between enterprises and employees. The strategies are of both theory and practice meaning.The innovative point of the paper is looking psychology contract and career development management as a system. And the advice is from the point of mechanism and techniques. The investigators are located among the employeesbetween 25-35 years old in the high technology enterprises, so we can have a deeper study.
