The theory of Supply Chain Management has always been the focus in the field ofmanagement science. It pays attention to the whole supply chain and trys to achieve theglobal best result by eliminating conflicts of different enterprises in the supply chain withsome coordinational tools. So, It is accepted by more and more managers and researchers inthe process of the globalization. The marcket competition has upgraded from enterprises tosupply chains. This require the enterprise management to revolute and strengthen theSupply Chain Management.Supply Chain Management is build on the basis of Information Techonology. By usingInformation Technology, time is reduced while the dependability during the informationexchanges between enterprises is raised. Information Techonology can also help optimizethe multi-echelon nventory management in supply chain avoiding the bullwhip effect. It isindicated by researches that information sharing can reduce the inventory level and cost ofout of sales, It reduces amount of the inventory and replenishment of distributer andsuppliers.On the basis of researching the operation of the Xuzhou engineering machinery groupservice-parts Company, This paper analysis the supply chain management model in thesupply chain which consists of suppliers, service-part company, distributers andcustomers. The system structure and functional module are provided. Then a InformationSystem is developed in the.NET framework. During the development, System Integrationon the basis of XML technology is researched. The NUnit test and Application Center Testare applied also to help improve the performance of the information system.
