After China joined WTO, many companies are focused on Chinese market all overthe world. The writer wants to search a way how to analyze China Market through Hcompany.This thesis introduced H campany briefly analyzed the outside environment, insideconditions and SWOT analysis. Based on these analysis, The writer rise the strategy forH company to develop the China market.For outside environment, The thesis include the Marco Environment PESTanalysis, Resource analysis, Five Competitive Force, EFE etc.For inside resource and conditions, The thesis include Resource analysis, IFE,BCG analysis etc.The writer did the SWOT analysis and then rise the Strategy for H company todevelop China Market.Based on this Strategy, the writer points out 8 plan. Including Product plan, Brandplan, Channel plan, Customer plan, Management plan, Partern plan, R&D plan,Development plan.Through this thesis, we can learn the way to select the strategy for H company andsimilar companies to develop the china market through PEST analysis, BCG and SWOTanalysis.
