The private financial service of banks originated in westward. Its variety has become more and more abundant and its instrument has become more and more perfect after a long time development. Nowadays the private financial service is the main source of banking return in developed countries. In the development process of the private financial service in our country, the deposit operation has a long history, the other operations are still in junior level. At present it is crucial to develop the private financial service in our banking system. It is helpful not only to strengthen our economy but also to stabilize it.In this essay, we firstly analyze the present situation of the banks in our country from three sectors, the private capital operation, the private debt operation and the private middle operation. Through this working, we have some outline of the service in our country. At the same time, we get some general idea about the tend of this operation. We agree that the development of private financial service of banks is facing opportunity, but we have to admit that some factors may block it. Firstly, foreign capital banks are entering our market according to the regulation of WTO. These foreign banks have more advantages in this sector than ours. Banks of mainland are facing tremendous challenge. Secondly, owing to our financial policies and the problems of the mainland banks themselves, banks in our country are short of the motivation of innovation. This situation is hard for our mainland banks. At last, aiming at these issues, considering and analyzing carefully , we give some constructive suggestion in order to accelerating the development of this operation.
