With the demand of the development of market economy, especially after China joined in WTO, people have more and more realized the importance and the necessity of training. As a modern enterprise, "its unique competitive advantage is to possess faster learning ability than rivals". Training has become a significant means for enterprises to accumulate personal resources and to improve competitive abilities. The introducing of Management Training Program is for the development of human resource and enhancing the key competitive abilities. Management Training Program is a new training program which is introduced from oversea enterprises and launched by many international companies in China. However, being the last step of training, training evaluation whose theory and practice are seriously lacked is always a feeble one. How to evaluate the training results systematically and objectively is a problem pondered by every enterprise.Aiming at all kinds questions of Management Training Program for a 500 fortune enterprise - B&Q China, from the view of systematic analysis, this thesis sets off from current conditions and questions of training evaluation system in domestic and foreign researches, and makes all-step analysis and researches to this program. Choosing training mode is decided by the training effect. This paper uses the x~2 test to do the analysis on the training effect, and building evaluation system which can provide some theoretical and practical directions for other enterprises.
