With entering into new economic time, the staff training has become one of important methods to form the core competitiveness of company. Based on a number of datas, I found that the effect of the previous staff training in HONGKONG MODERN FACIAL LMT COM. was out of their expectation. Therefore, I designed a program of staff training, include training strategy, training organization, the power mechanism of training, training flow administration, transfer system of training outcomes and training effectiveness evaluation system.The paper goes in five chapters. In chapters I ,the problem researched and study methods are pointed out. In chapters II, the basic principle and development processes of theory and practice about staff training are introduced. In chapters III, the practice of HONGKONG MODERN FACIAL LMT COM. staff training are introduced and analyzed. In chapters IV, the staff training program of this company are put forward. In chapters V, the condition of the program are arranged. And then the effectiveness to carry out are forecasted.Therefore, my designed program keeps to the point in which there is a stratified and classified project system together with rule and flow of training administration. The project system about staff training can offer systematic training in knowledge and skills suitable for staff's positions. Among them, the training about the storekeepers and their assistants in most innovative, which can solve the problem of shortage in such kind of talent. In the meantime, the rules and flow of training administration can ensure that the staff training reaches its goal of effectiveness.So this program can greatly improve training administration,accomplish expected training effectiveness and increase the ROI (return on investment) of staff training.
