Under the background of the global financial crisis,the automotive automation industry is facing a severe test of survival.Fierce competition in the industry market,reduced sales orders,and small order profits have become the main predicament faced by the company.However,the best way to solve these dilemmas is to reduce the cost of enterprises.For the enterprise,purchasing department is the core department to reduce the cost,and the quality and ability of the purchasing department staff is the key to reduce the cost.However,at present,the employees of the Department of purchasing are generally lack of professional knowledge,low professional skills and lack of general knowledge and general abilities.However,there are many problems in the training of the staff of the purchasing department,which seriously hinders the progress and development of the company and affects the competitiveness of the company.Based on the theory of adult learning,Maslow's demand theory and interview,this paper tries to make a reasonable analysis of the main existing problems in the procurement department of the procurement department of the company and try to establish a scientific and reasonable training program for the company.The new training program will include a very complete personnel training process.First,to support the overall strategic objectives Krader company,procurement department performance.According to the results of the investigation and analysis of the buyer's training needs and the target design training course of the purchasing department,the training courses for the different purchasers are tailored to their development and needs,and a more complete training course system for the buyer is formed.Finally,the effectiveness of the trainers' training was evaluated through the kolcos 4 assessment method to test the quality of the training.At the same time,the results of the evaluation were used as feedback,and the training needs were continuously improved to form a complete closed loop process.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the training program for the buyer to achieve the desired goal,it must be targeted to implement various safeguards,including organizational guarantee,system guarantee and fund guarantee.Through the above safeguard measures,we cooperate with the newly designed buyer training program to achieve the original purpose and the best effect of the design.This study looks for Krader company purchasing department purchasing design of the new training program,can effectively solve the problems of the existing departments,improve the overall efficiency of the sector,and can improve the buyers own occupation accomplishment,improve enthusiasm and satisfaction,to create more surplus value for the company.In addition,I hope that through this study,it has a certain reference for the internal training of related industries and enterprises.
