On The "force" Is Assigned

Scholars have proposed many kinds of distribution principles of income, but the actual result of income distribution can't reflect accurately these distribution principles, there are certain deviation between the principles and the actuality. And, the existing distribution principles of income can't fully explain the deviation. I think , actual distribution is the result of game according to the strength of subjects participating in income distribution, under the premise which the subjects of participating in income distribution admit appropriately the contribution of counterpart, is distribution-according-to-"strength". The distribution-according-to-"strength"isn't a kind of principle and norm, it is just used to describe and analyze actual distribution activities.The game qualification of subjects is a course of historical development relying on each strength , so do the game targets. The strength used, to begin with, is primitive body strength, then,organizing military force, power, economical strength, knowledge and so on.The harmonious society is the society that social strengths is harmonious. The harmony of strengths is the foundation of harmonious society. And the most important game targets of social strengths is the income distribution, therefore the distributing result can reflect the ratio of social strengths .At present in our country, the strength of enterprises(especially non-publicly-owned enterprises) is too powerful, the employee and the labor union,the farmer and other social strengths is too weak. As for the government, sometimes it don't take measures to handle this situation, so the relation of employers and employees is't certain harmonious. The employee stratum and the employer stratum are the most important two social strata, the ratio of their strength can reflect approximately social harmonious degree. We may judge strength configuration of main social subjects through calculating the employee stratum strength index,the employer stratum strength index and the strength balance index.
