Since theories on enterprise culture came into being in the 1980s, business and academic circles at home and abroad have regarded it as increasingly important, because the present economic competition focuses mainly on cultural competition, and enterprice culture plays a vital role in strengthening an enterprise's interal coagulability and external competition, and generates remarkable social and economic benefits, tangible and intangible. It is necessary for each enterprise to take into consideration how to establish its own culture and improve its competition. Construction of enterprise culture has been an important project in developing modem market economy and running business. This paper gives a carefully detailed analysis and study to the construction of enterprise culture in Yongan Forestry by researching the specific cases on the basis of the latest research achievements of enterprise culture. The innovation of this paper is the research in enterprise culture, which is a particular field. For further research in enterprise culture, this paper puts forward some ideas, and hopes to arose more scholars to make further researches and discusses in the characteristic of enterprise culture of industry, then leads the research in enterprise culture to the forestry industry.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is to introduce the issues existing in the construction of enterprise culture, and practical significance, research methods and thoughts of enterprise culture research. The second one tells the domestic and overseas study situation of enterprise culture and its enlightment on the construction of Chinese enterprise culture, the contents of enterprise culture and the environmental elements for the construction of enterprise culture. In the part about the construction of Yongan Forestry enterprise cultural system, Yongan Forestry Company is introduced and its enterprise culture is analyzed in detail from the four perspectives of material, behavior, systems and mentalities, and analyzed employee's approbation culture feeling, and advantage and existence problem of the corporate culture construction of Yongan Forestry. The fourth part carries out researches into excellent enterprise cultures, the points people have to pay attention to in studying the excellent cultures, and comparative analysis between Yongan Forestry enterprise culture and the excellent ones. In part five, various challenges have been mentioned, and the author also points out that there is great necessity for Yongan Forestry to reform its enterprise culture. In addition, the author, in this part, puts forward several proposals for the further construction of Yongan Forestry enterprise culture: the dimensions valued a problem, chased good corporate culture to change, the indispensable consciousness of going ahead of time, the inevitable elements of staff in reforming enterprise culture, establishing a harmoniously-developing enterprise culture, enforcing the construction of enterprise culture, and so on.
