Especially the smalland middle size forest industry enterprises are in the hard time for the forest resourcesexhausted seriously. And that rose the theory of corporate culture, is that it immits lifeforce to the corporate, but also it brings tangible or intangible economic and socialbenefit. It considers corporate development from a fire-new field, takes therelationship of corporate culture and management as the life force, and bringsvigorous energy to corporate management.
