Since reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has developed rapidly. The Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade is rising up continuously. It was 67% in 2006, while only 38.5% in 2001. The increase of Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade, which is much higher than the world's average level, is the result of foreign trade's development in the background of global economy. Besides, the limitation of formula and China's national conditions make the Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade over evaluated. This ratio will be far from the normal level if developed in current speed. According to this higher ratio, the risks of China's foreign trade structure are reflected. This paper aims to analyse the risks and seek out the strategies of four parts of foreign trade structures. This will not only improve China's economic growth, but also accelerate the healthy and stable development of foreign trade. This paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces contents of Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade, Foreign Trade Structure and the relationship between them. Firstly it introduces the connotations of Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade and influenced factors. Secondly it displays the concept and characters of Foreign Trade Structure. At last it clarifies the relationship between them.Chapter 2 analyses China's current Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade. According to the tables and charts, we can see that this ratio of our country has rising so rapidly that it would be likely much higher if not controlled. Then, it analyses reasons of high ratio both from China's economic conditions and national conditions.Chapter 3 turns to talk about the risks of China's foreign trade structure. This analyse is talked from 4 facets separately. Chapter 4 begins to think about the corresponding strategies of risks of four facets.
