Since mid of 1990's, the fruit of opening and reform generally appeared , the Chinese economy have been stepping in a fast development period. There are large-scale cities restructure movement in China. Under this background ,FASTFLOW company entered the domestic market in 2000, and obtained continuously more than 7 years of high speed growths, the market share had achieved above 25%, became one of the top brands in this industry.However,after 2006, the high end product market grows postpones obviously, at the same time, the intense market competition causes the company sales revenue and profit starts to decline, the profit ability drops, the internal management also had many problems, the company have some trouble in development. Therefore it needs to find a appropriate solution as soon as possible which could help the company to overcome the present difficulty, go out from the difficult position, enter new development circulation.This article takes FASTFLOW company as the object of study, uses the PEST model, five strength models and internal and external factor appraisal matrix tools and so on, to analyse the company's internal and external environment and find out the factors which influence the company's development. Use the SWOT matrix analyzed the opportunity, the threat, the strength and the weakness in which the company faced. Take QSPM matrix and the mode of strategy resource budget to gain the proper development strategy for FASTFLOW, to make clear the company's development direction in the future. Combine the vision and mission of the company to propose the focus and difference strategy and evaluate the possible strategy risks. Use the value analysis and the value curve to select the key elements which influence the company's development in the future. Finally induct the balance score card, make plan in four aspects achievement target systems of the company in finance, customer, internal flow and study & growth and so on, this will guarantee FASTFLOW company to be able to carry out the company's strategy plan in each management, realize the company's strategic target.This topic through the actual case study, will make use for reference for many Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises which strived from first capital accumulation and are being trapped in bottle-neck of development to find new phase of increase at the building of strategy thinking, seting up strategy and executing plan of strategy and so on.
