In recent years, the Chinese economy continual growth has led the application of frequency converter to get fast development. Since the stepping in China market, E Control Technology Company has kept continuously high speed growths for more than 10 years. It becomes the main brand in this industry. After 2010, the high end product market grows postpones obviously, at the same time,the intense market competition causes the profit ability drops; the internal management also had many problems; the financial crisis has affected the economy at the end of 2008; the company have some trouble in development. Therefore it needs to find a appropriate solution as soon as possible which could help the company to overcome the present difficulty, go out from the difficult position, enter new development circulation.This article takes E Control Technology Company (China) as the object of study, uses the PEST model, five strength models and internal and external factor appraisal matrix tools and so on,to analysis the company's internal and external environment and find out the factors which influencethe company's development. Use the SWOT matrix analyzed the opportunity, the threat, the strength and the weakness in which the company faced. Take QSPM matrix and the mode of strategy resource budget to gain the proper development strategy for E Control Technology Company, to make clear the company's development direction in the future.Combine the vision and mission of the company to propose the focus and difference strategy and evaluate the possible strategy risks. Finally induct the balance score card,make plan in four aspects achievement target systems of the company in finance, customer,internal flow and study & growth and so on, this will guarantee E Control Technology Company to be able to carry out the company's strategy plan in each management,realize the company's strategic target.Base on real case study, the dissertation will have references to many companies in management of developing strategy, avoidance of price war, forging of core competitiveness and promotion of customers'loyalty degree.
