Based On The Financing Problems Of Sustainable Growth Outlook Of China's Textile Enterprises

The textile industry is the mainstay of national economy and textile exportation is also the strongest source of trade surplus of China. Since reform and open policy been implemented, both the quality and scale of textile enterprises has been greatly developing. However there are many disadvantages for textile enterprises, such as lack of creation and weaken labor superiority and social responsibility consciousness and adaptability facing the pressure on the appreciation of Renminbi and international trade friction. Financing is important for textile enterprises to realize sustainable development. Given the great importance of financing, research on it has realistic significance.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter one begins with reviewing financing theory and related problem. Chapter two analyzes superiority and inferiority of textile enterprises. By the point of global value chain and core competitive ability, textile enterprises are proposed to achieve sustainable financing. Chapter three analyzes the character of textile enterprises. Textile listed companies' internal financial ability is weaken and the capital structure needs to be adjusted, while small and medium-sized textile enterprises have single channel which caused financing condition not so good as big companies'. This thesis analyzes the macroscopic and microscopic reason of financing difficulties of textile enterprises. Chapter four proposes measures, such as cultivating core competitive ability to create better condition, enhancing internal financing ability, widening domestic financing channel, attracting international capital source and so on. The feasibility of textile industrial clustering phenomenon is also discussed. Chapter five constructs system in such aspect as policy, capital market, guarantee to support sustainable growth.The thesis uses pragmatic method to analyze the financing problem of textile enterprises under guidance of financing theory. After searching sufficient dates of 51 textile listed companies between the year 2002 and 2006, the thesis use SPSS 13.0 to finish the descriptive statistics so as to analyze overall character of financing structures of textile listed companies, which could support the framework of research.
