| It is a brand-new concept to construct eco-city based on the idea of circular economy and is still in its exploration stage. In this paper, the author strived to integrate the circular economy and the eco-city and to endow eco-city with the sustainable development connotation of circular economy.The theories on eco-city and circular economy were summarized in Chapter I.The conceptual model of circular economic eco-city was put forward in Chapter II.
